Can Anyone Help Fix Vista, Right Clicking Causes Windows Explorer To Stop Responding?

Submitted by admin on August 4, 2009 – 7:32 am2 Comments

I am running Vista Home Premium. I started having a problem that when I right click on any icon, I get “Windows Explorer has stopped responding” followed by “Windows Explorer is restarting”, the Desktop restarts. Of course the system never finds a solution, Microsoft won’t talk to me, and Dell wants me to restore Vista. Since I don’t want to lose everything, I want to see if there is another option. Any one else have this happen? If so, how do I fix other than buying an apple?
